Project49 owns the historic Teslow Grain Elevator built 1906 listed on the National Register of Historic Places at 711 E. Park St. Livingston Montana. In 2025 the organization continued active renovation of the building as its future permanent home engaging Gyde Architects AE Dynamics structural engineers and Sugar Ditch as general contractor. Work was funded in part by the Montana State Historic Preservation Office historic preservation grant.

Programming includes weekly community art and technology nights youth after-school drop-in hours homeschool enrichment sewing classes summer camps workshops in woodworking bookbinding candle making and other skills and community-hosted events. The organization also completed construction of a custom trailer for a fellow nonprofit organization. Programming served participants ranging from infants to age 90+ with a focus on low-income youth and families in Park County
