Lighthouse Collective Foundation operated up to four NARR-accredited transitional homes for men recovering from substance use and or mental health disorders during 2025 closing two of the homes during the year as part of a strategic transition. The homes provided structured drug-free residential environments with peer support MAT medication-assisted treatment acceptance and workforce development pathways. In 2025 LCF served 195 unduplicated residents across the program and disbursed 31,758 in need-based participant assistance through the Workforce Development Participant Assistance Program for hardship needs incidental to early recovery including food transportation hygiene supplies medical copays identification fees and work-readiness supplies. The participant assistance program is operated as need-based charitable assistance consistent with IRS Publication 3833.

Recovery Home Finder Platform: A free mobile application and companion website www.recoveryhomefinder. com functioning as a real-time publicly searchable directory of open beds in recovery homes sober living residences and halfway houses. The platform addresses a chronic gap in the continuum of recovery care by enabling case managers social workers detox facilities treatment centers and housing specialists to locate appropriate placements during the narrow window following inpatient discharge or crisis intervention. Relaunched with significant updates in February 2025; published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and provided at no cost to users. By early 2026 the platform is utilized by more than 90 percent of recovery sober living and halfway house operators in Western North Carolina with expansion to additional regions under development. All intellectual property is owned by LCF pursuant to a written Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement with the platforms principal developer.
