Developing Positions on the Future of Provider Payment and Incentives for Accountable Care:Working with our companies and our policy council and leadership, we have begun developing policy positions related to accelerating accountable care. We have worked with leading health care think tanks, academics and stakeholder organizations to develop position statements on the future of physician payment, and to develop resources and toolkits to provide a policy baseline for staff working on these issues. Educational Briefings and Events:Accountable for Health hosted multiple briefings on Capitol Hill including one on kidney care and one on the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act in 2023. We also established a quarterly series of educational events on topics including accountable primary care, state based efforts to advance accountable care and other topics of interest related to improving health outcomes and lowering costs.
