CORE Retreat Weekends - The Notre Dame Retreat House offers core retreats as a period of time set aside for spiritual reflections, prayer, and personal renewal, in a quiet secluded lakeside setting. These retreats are organized by Notre Dame and involves activities like meditation, worship, scripture study, or discussions aimed at deepening one's faith or connection to God. Retreats can be silent or more interactive with group activities or guided teachings.2. Special Events and "Fill Your Soul" Days - Special Events at Notre Dame Retreat House include retreats and events filling the needs of our local community and our diocesan community. (Continued on Schedule O)These can include faith-based and non-faith-based events that offer spiritual, socialization and educational opportunities in areas pertinent to the community. Our goal is to increase exposure and capture the interest of potential retreatant client base.3. Woman Religious - The Notre Dame Retreat House is conveniently located for Women Religious in the Upstate and Western New York areas. In response to the declining number of retreat houses in the region and an aging population, Notre Dame has committed to providing dynamic retreats for women religious. We offer a variety of week-long retreat styles for women religious, led by experienced facilitators, both lay and religious.
