Over four weeks, cohort members will participate in interactive sessions covering key areas of digital communication, including graphic design and social media strategies. By the end of this series, each participant will leave with actionable insights and practical tools to strengthen their organizations digital presence to amplify the voices of their communities.

Antiracist Practice Cohort: This cohort uses a healing centered, liberatory framework to address inequities and structural harm, affirm the dignity and cultural wealth of communities, and to develop policies, practices, and institutions that affirm the fullness of our humanity and build toward our collective well-being. AMPT's Antiracist Practice Cohort aims to build the capacity of nonprofit organizations, with budgets less than $500,000 on the south and west sides of Chicago. This cohort has supported 31 organizations over 4 years, with the 5th cohort prepared to begin in 2025.

Earned Revenue: AMPT partners with external organizations to build customized capacity-building experiences for nonprofit leaders that can include capacity-building content sessions led by experts in the nonprofit field, focused on: Leadership Development, Human-Centered Relationships, Board Engagement and Governance, Evaluation and Learning, Financial Planning, Fundraising and Grant Writing, and Communications and Marketing.
