Bi-weekly lunch services in the Ruscombe Co-op Caf made a slow post-COVID return as part of our mission to educate on healthy eating and the supporting of small businesses with a rotating group of chefs in residence.

Program 3

Ruscombe Community, Inc. provided the location and assisted with promotion for numerous ongoing classes including weekly Hatha Yoga with Elisabeth Gambino and Eco Yoga with Elizabeth McCarthy; weekly spiritual group meetings and film-showings including Eckankar, Baltimore Astrology, Rosicrucian Order, and an Anthroposophical study group all open to the public; and numerous one-time workshops on Nature-based therapy, QiGong, and meditation. The twice-monthly Ruscombe Garden Club brings us in touch with the natural world to assist mental and spiritual health, and the monthly Ruscombe Stillwaters mindfulness-based meditation class stated in November and continuing today are both free.
