39 North supported the startup and scale-up of early-stage companies by connecting agtech and agri-food tech innovators with one another to help form connections and collaborations. This was accomplished by hosting 3 large-scale (70-100 person) agtech-focused events to connect companies and prospective companies within the region. Hosted tours and visitors interested in learning about 39 North. Began developing a library of connections and resources for startups and scale-ups in the region.

Amplified and developed the local, national, and international agtech narrative on St. Louis' agtech leadership. This was accomplished by attending 5 local and national major conferences to inform and educate about 39 North and the agtech ecosystem in St. Louis. Served on and/or moderated four panel discussions to highlight the outcomes and impact of St. Louis' agtech work. Became one of 8 founding members of AgTech Nation, a national consortium of agtech incubators and accelerators that exists to advance our country's agtech leadership.
