Padmission has 365 properties, of which 126 units are available vacancies secured to be filled by the unhoused community 75 community partners, including 367 CMs utilitizing Padmission 59 rental incentives secured for high barrier clients, 19 requests for mitigatio funding, Housing navigation served 433 high barrier clients through housing search assistance. MHCs Shared Housing Initiative received 168 referrals in 2024, resulting in 29 matches, 5 individuals secured housing, & 4 active matches in progress.

Exit surveys were conducted which indicate the program has had a high level of positive impact in the lives of those being served. 78% received services for 4-6 months, 11% didnt provide a response for time duration.
