Next Leaders Program, which helps youth and emerging professionals develop leadership and business skills, successfully improved test scores for participating youth ages 10-15 in areas of business fundamentals, leadership, finance, marketing and etiquette. The scores improved from an average of 55% to 82% based on the pool of participants. The next cohort is scheduled for Fall 2026. The last cohort was Fall 2024, so there were no expenses incurred during 2025.
