THE GATEWAY COLLECTIVE EXISTS TO DEVELOP WAYS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE LIVING WITHIN OUR COMMUNITIES.OUR FOREMOST INITIATIVE IS RECOGNIZING THE NEED FOR MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS AMONGST THE WORKFORCE WITHIN THE GREEN BAY COMMUNITY. WE ARE CURRENTLY FOCUSING OUR WORK AND RESEARCH ON CITY CENTER LOFTS, AN APARTMENT MODEL THAT WILL PROVIDE AFFORDABLE AND HOLISTIC "SOCIALLY INCLUSIVE HOUSING" (SIH) FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OF ALL INCOME LEVELS.
