ESP HAD A PRODUCTIVE INAUGURAL YEAR PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, HUMANITARIAN, AND RESEARCH SUPPORT TO CONFLICT ZONES AROUND THE WORLD, MOST NOTABLY UKRAINE. IN COLLABORATION WITH PARTNERS, ESP CREATED REMOTE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT THAT MATERIALLY DECREASED MORTALITY, WHILE BROADENING CONFLICT MEDICAL RESOURCES, IN SUPPORT OF UKRAINE. IN ADDITION TO ONLINE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, ESP DEPLOYED IN SUPPORT OF UKRAINIAN FIRST RESPONDERS AND CLINICIANS, PROVIDING ADVANCED MEDICAL TRAINING, STABILIZATION CARE, AND HEALTH LOGISTICS TO THOSE IN NEED. ESP HAS TRAINED HUNDREDS OF MEDICAL FIRST REPONDERS IN EVIDENCED BASED CONFLICT MEDICAL CARE. THE ESP TRAIN-THE TRAINER MODEL ASSURES THAT FUNDS AND RESOURCES ARE DEPLOYED IN A STRATEGICALLY SUSTAINABLE MANNER TO PRODUCE AN EFFORT-MULTIPLIER IMPACT. ESPS RESEARCH WAS BRIEFED TO WORLD MEDICAL LEADERS IN BRUSSELS, USSOCOM, AND AT THE NATO MEDICAL LESSONS LEARNED CONFERENCE IN BUDAPEST, GUIDING GLOBAL RESOURCE ALLOCATION BY EDUCATING GLOBAL LEADERS REGARDING THE REALITIES OF MODERN LARGE SCALE ATTRITION WARFARE.
