TO FURTHER HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN THE UNIVERSITY IN CONCERT WITH STUDENTS, ADMINISTRATION, THE PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN OREGON.
