THE DOLPHIN CLUB AT EASTSHORE (THE "CLUB"), IS A "BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL" CARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATION EXEMPT UNDER IRC 501(C)(3). NO GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO OTHERS. THE CLUB MAINTAINS A VARIETY OF PROGRAM FOR THE CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY. THE CLUB PROVIDES BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CHILD CARE AND ENRICHMENT TO STUDENTS. DURING THE TRADITIONAL SCHOOL YEAR OF SEPTEMBER TO JUNE, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THE STUDENTS OF EASTSHORE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT THE SAME PHYSICAL ADDRESS AS THE CHILD CARE FACILITY. DURING WINTER AND SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER, OPEN ENROLLMENT IS AVAILBLE ON A SPACE BASIS TO OTHER STUDENTS IN IRVINE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. SMALL NUMBER OF STUDENTS COME FROM OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE CLUB PROVIDES A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN TO INCLUDE SUCH ACTIVITIES AS ARTS/CRAFT, COOKING CLUB, GARDENING, SPORTS, DRAMA CLUBS, ETC. THE CENTER HAS ON SITE SEVERAL PETS AND ANIMALS THAT THE STUDENTS LEARN TO HANDLE AND CARE FOR APPROPRIATELY. FIELD TRIPS TO MOVIES, I
