THE ORGANIZATION CURRENTLY PROVIDES MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AT FIVE LOCATIONS: ROSEBURG, GLIDE, SUTHERLIN, MYRTLE CREEK AND DRAIN.
