The entity currently rents out units in 3 buildings to low income families and rehabilitates residential properties allowing us to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing.The service provided also includes partnering with a variety of agencies, social workers, and grant providers to house people with special needs. Some of these include the disabled resource center, HOPWA, social service programs through local women's agencies, rehabilitation and recovery centers. The organization has played an integral part in cleaning up our neighborhoods and has helped reduce criminal activity by participating in the Long Beach Police Department's "Safe Street,"Apartment Watch," and other crime, gang, and drug abatement programs.
