WE BELIEVE EACH STUDENT IS BORN WITH UNIQUE TALENTS AND ABILITIES. WHEN A STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO MATURE AND GROW IN A CHALLENGING, ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT, THEY DEVELOP A STRONG-CONFIDENT IDENTITY. THEREFORE, THE TOTAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER PARTNERS WITH PARENTS TO EDUCATE EACH CHILD ACCORDING TO THEIR NATURAL BENT.
