To support this, we established The Founders Arena (TFA), a ground-breaking public-private initiative based in Arlington, Texas, dedicated to co-creating the future of wealth management. Launched in September 2023, the WealthTech Accelerator supports startups at the forefront of revolutionizing the wealth management industry. Launched in June 2023, The Founders Arena is the worlds first and only nonprofit WealthTech Growth Strategy Accelerator. Headquartered in Arlington, Texas, TFA has quickly built a global reputation for curating the most promising post-revenue startups and connecting them directly with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. In 2024, TFA expanded beyond its early success with Cohorts IIV, sourcing companies from the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Already, four cohort companies have successfully exited, validating TFAs selection methodology and global reach. With strategic backing from corporate partners and institutional collaborators, TFA now sits at the center of an international WealthTech network.Beyond the cohorts, 2024 brought a series of sold-out activations, including the Arlington WealthTech Summit, curated founder-investor dinners, and university collaborations. These programs reflect TFAs commitment not only to WealthTech growth but also to community impact and innovation across North Texas.Looking ahead, TFA is building toward a 2026 Arlington Innovation Hub, in partnership with Plug and Play and Morningstar, aligning with global events like the Grand Prix. With an expanding pipeline, board growth, and a forthcoming for-profit companion structure (TFA Ventures), TFA is positioning Arlington as a premier hub for WealthTech and innovation worldwide.
