Integrated Health Response Package (IHRP) Equitable essential health services for conflicted affected people in 28 towns in Sagaing region, Myanmar. During 2024, due to intensity of conflict in Myanmar, more than 1.2 million displaced people in Sagaing Region alone.The organization delivered a substantial volume of services and reach large numbers of people with emergency medical assistance.The program also included screening and testing HIV activities and PMTCT delivery, malaria activities, and TB activities and others.During 2024, 9599 people were screened for HIV, conducted malaria testing for 3452 patients and 2205 patients were screened for presumtive TB.

Emergency Primary and Secendory Health Care Services This project provided immediate health care assistance to the most affected areas of 9 townships in Sagaing Region, Myanmar.In 2024, organization supported operation costs of 46 health facilities; conducted 415 times of moblie outreach activities including primary health care, maternal and child health care, and health education sections; conducted mobile outreach activities for school children in 375 primary, middle and high schools; provided costs of emergency referral support for 858 internal cases to nearest hospital and 243 external referrel support for the patients who need tertiary care to get a prompt and effective respose to life-threatening health situations.

Implementing School Health Activities in Sagaing Region After 2021 military coup in Myanmar, Chin Medical Newwork (CMN) was formed by a group of dedicated health care professionals and local communities who are determined to fill the health gap among Sagaing Regions vulnerable people. The network provided healthcare services, humanitarian aid, and education support to the affected community. During 2024, a total of 45 school teachers and 27 health staff received health training. Health activities were carried out in 9 townships covering 164 schools and 28169 students.
