Technical Services 1) Held an in person gathering in Chicago to launch the concept of the new entity and to gain support and trust from local and national network partners to join the collaborative. 2) Received 20 signed Collaboration Commitment forms from national and local networks and onboarded their senior staff into monthly network meetings, shared Google Drive and shared Slack channels. 3) Carried out a Power Mapping process with all 20 networks to identify areas of shared interest, potential duplication and collective action. 4) Run a place based purchasing project in Portland and developed another that will launch in Chicago in January 2025, as well as forming a pipeline of 10 more programs across ten other U.S. geographies. 5) Worked with SAP to embed People and Planet First verified enterprises into customer events in New York (twice) and Dallas. - Started work on a national mapping project to carry out collaborative action research across the country, finding and earning from enterprises and networks that would meet the needs of purchasers across all sectors. 6) Supported multiple enterprises to become verified and enter supply chains 7) Supported networks with interest areas such as policy design, purchasing for the LA Olympics in 2028 and the World Cup in Houston in 2026. 8) Formed the outline for a Corporate Action Group and Intrapreneurship Training Program as well as a partnership with Impact Hubs in the U.S. and Brazil to run a capacity building and purchasing program in 2025.
