THE WATERFORD PROJECT PROVIDES WORKFORCE EDUCATION, TRAINING, COACHING, NETWORKING AND MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES ALONG WITH COMMUNITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE, SOCIAL INTERACTION, AND SELF-CONFIDENCE.WE BELIEVE IN EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS TO RECOGNIZE, CULTIVATE AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR UNIQUE TALENTS; TO UNLOCK THEIR POTENTIAL BY PROVIDING A ROADMAP FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. OUR AIM IS TO EQUIP THE INDIVIDUAL WITH THE LIFE SKILLS NECESSARY TO ADVANCE IN THEIR CAREER AND HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
