The organization over many months planned the following three activities for 2023. There are no more 2023activities scheduled for that year.Activity1Sale of signed limited edition skateboard decks.Signed by 8-public figures that are famous originators of skateboarding called, "The Bones Brigade", includingMike McGill and Tony Hawk. The Bones Brigade have had various films, documentaries, and books made of theirlives since the 1980's; hence there is a strong nostalgic demand for fans to meet and greet these legends and alsopay for signed memorabilia.a. Purpose is to sell these skateboard decks online with gross receipts being much larger than cost, with thedifference being primarily the demand for the Bones Brigade signatures in addition to a one-off designedskateboard deck. Each Bones Brigade member donated their time to sign each one of the 600 skateboard decks.This revenue generated will be a significant driver of revenue we can distribute to our chosen skateboard relatedcharities. Having tax exempt status can enable the organization to distribute more revenue to our chosen charities:b. Online through our webstore at www.bbexp.org starting Sept 19. 2023. All 600 skateboards sold out withinfive-weeks.c. All skateboard deck sales are on-line only and sales are processed by our volunteers over a two-month period.As there are many fans willing to help us, the Bones Brigade, we have managed to ensure our non-profit has nopaid employees. Many have donated their time.Activity2THE BONES BRIGADE EXPERIENCE DAY1a: Live VIP day and evening event for 80 VIP guests (ticket purchasers) to meet and greet the Original BonesBrigade members consisting of: live skateboard demonstration, VIP dinner, panel discussion and VIP Q&A, livemusic and photograph with all the Bones Brigade team. The price of ticket also includes various merchandise wecreated for the event and one signed limited edition skateboard deck. This revenue generated from selling 80 VIPtickets is greater than cost and is a significant driver of revenue we will then distribute to our chosen skateboardrelated charities.b and c: Nov 18, 2023. From Noon to 11PM at the Hilton DoubleTree FERA hotel, Anaheim CA and at VANS theBlock, Anaheim CA private skatepark. Many volunteers assisted in this event. We will have approx 130 people atthis event.Activity3THE BONES BRIGADE EXPERIENCE DAY 2a: various live activities on this day to a larger (300) paid audience. All revenue raised goes towards ourorganization. Activities included: Bones Brigade fan Q&A session, signatures and photo opportunity meet andgreet session to each guest, live music (x2), art show and installation.b and c: Nov 19, 2023. From 10:30 to 6:30PM at VANS the Block, Anaheim CA private skatepark. Many volunteersassisted in this event - except for outside security, no paid staff for this event.
