During the year 13 horses were successfully adopted, 6 were transferred to partner organizations better suited for specialized rehabilitation, and 11 remained in active training and adoption preparation at year end. The program also includes 3 permanent program horses that provide safe, calm learning partners for Veterans beginning their vocational horsemanship training. Adoption fees generated $40,525 in program service revenue, helping offset program costs.

Elite Vocations is a vocational rehabilitation program providing hands-on horsemanship training and job placement support for at-risk Veterans. In 2025, 17 Veterans enrolled in the program, with 9 successfully graduating, 4 withdrawing, and 4 remaining actively enrolled at year end. Participants engage in structured instruction focused on horse care, handling, groundwork, barn management, and other practical skills applicable to careers in the equine industry. Through guided training and mentorship, participants work directly with horses from our New Horizons retraining program, contributing to their preparation for adoption while building confidence, emotional regulation, and career readiness.
