Aslan Health provides comprehensive primary care, including chronic disease management, preventive care, pediatric care, and acute care for the uninsured and underinsured. Patients receive affordable healthcare through below-market self-pay rates, Medicare, Medicaid, a sliding fee scale, and free services for those who qualify. Our holistic care model addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. In the reporting year, we served 1918 patients, of which 69% were uninsured, 16% were underinsured, 11% received Medicaid, 4% received Medicare. Aslan Health's community outreach includes sports physicals for uninsured students and baseline health screenings at local events. We also offer free cancer and heart health screenings through the Minnesota SAGE and Sage Plus programs for qualifying women. These initiatives promote early detection, disease prevention, and increased healthcare access for underserved populations. Our goal is for patients to pay 20% of the cost of services, with donations covering the remaining 80%. Through compassionate, Christ-centered care, we serve our neighbors with dignity and respect.
