Mission

PFA Holdings, Inc., an Oklahoma not for profit corporation (the "Corporation") was formed to assist the Perry Facilities Authority, an Oklahoma public trust ("PFA"), to carry out its purpose of providing health care services to residents of Perry, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas. The Corporation is formed and incorporated as a not for profit corporation. PFA is formed as a public trust under the laws of the state of Oklahoma and functions as a subdivision thereof and is accordingly exempt pursuant to Section 115 of the Internal Revenue Code. Nonetheless, PFA is described in Section 170(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Internal Revenue Code and, accordingly, is a valid supported organization pursuant to Section 509(a)(3)(A). A majority of the Board of the Corporation is elected by the Board of Trustees of PFA.
