NATURES CAPITAL INC (NC) SUPPORTS TNC THROUGH ENTERING INTO FINANCIAL AND CONSERVATION AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER NATIONS AND NON-PROFITS.NC, THROUGH ITS DISREGARDED ENTITY, GABON BLUE CONSERVATION LLC (GBC), ENTERED INTO A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH THE GABONESE REPUBLIC AS OF AUGUST 7, 2023. AS PART OF THE TRANSACTION, GABON RETIRED EXISTING DEBT WITH NEW DEBT UNDER A BLUE LOAN, WITH GBC SERVING AS A CONSERVATION ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATOR IN THIS AGREEMENT.
