Recruiting Students: A major part of our efforts focused on marketing and recruiting students. This involved creating and publishing marketing materials, advertising, holding information sessions, open houses, and teen events. We held 13 Open Houses, Information Sessions, & Information Tables which recruited over 60 prospective families. We had two teen recruiting events, a movie night and a bowling day. We had community building events such as a Mother-Daughter Tea that had over 80 attendees.
Training: Our Board of Directors and three of our faculty attended the Chesterton Schools Network conference for training in respective disciplines.
Hiring: We performed a nationwide search for Headmaster and faculty resulting in 5 excellent hires.
