For the 20242025 school year, Home Education Enrichment Day, Inc. (HEED) served 361 students from 248 families across South Florida by providing weekly live classes designed to support and enrich their home education.HEED partners with families by offering academic instruction, a like-minded community, and parent workshopsall designed to empower home educators with the resources and confidence to teach with excellence.In addition to academics, the HEED Elementary program intentionally cultivates community and provides training opportunities for families. These include parenting classes, park days, Moms Night Out events, Dads Connect gatherings, an annual family trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Naples, Florida, and a 5th-grade graduation ceremony and celebration. HEED also produces a Christmas musical featuring more than 200 children, open to all families in the community.HEEDs Middle and High School programs organize a variety of annual events, including a Science Fair, a Shark Tank-style competition, a Student Marketplace Day, a History Wax Museum, a Geography International Day, and a High School Graduation Ceremony.HEED high school graduates are well prepared for the future, pursuing higher education at colleges and universities, advancing into technical careers, and becoming productive members of society.
