Produced a monthly e-newsletter Writing for a monthly Housing Column for the Taos News. Completed Phase I of a Questa Landscape Study. Hosted a 6-month Community Speaker Series on Housing topics. Working agreement in place with Homewise to "share" clients. Provided technical assistance to select local builders to assist in application for state funding ($500,000 in funding was leveraged and will provide construct funding for 4 new affordable homes). Selected to participate in a 9-month learning cohort; THP served as team leader for County group. Completed a Taos County Employee Housing Survey.
