Mission

WIN Erath County Wholistic Investment Network exists to assist community members striving to overcome poverty through a whole person approach. There are many factors that lead community members to seek outside financial help. Through our Social Determinates of Health based intake assessment needs are identified goals and timelines are set appointments are made and WINs case managers navigators walk with community members throughout the full healing process. Services encompass the whole person; physical mental emotional spiritual medical financial hunger shelter safety legal advice education and employment. These services are provided currently in two ways. First WIN staff meets with community members throughout Erath County at partner locations. Secondly WIN is beginning a Health and Wellness Mobile to move health checks into the more rural areas within the county.
