Mental Wellness Education and Training:MCF provided mental wellness programming to multiple organizations and hundreds of individuals, sharing practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Highlights include leading three public trainings at Klyde Warren Park, each serving more than 75 participants, and provided specialized training for case workers and staff at The Stewpot homeless shelter. We also partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas, impacting hundreds of individuals including staff, mentors, mentees and the general public through trainings at the Dallas Office, a library conference center, and multiple at Klyde Warren Park. We also shared these practices at the Big Brothers Big Sisters National Conference with an audience of more than 50 leaders. Impact data from the BBBS mentor and mentee intervention showed that participants gained effective strategies for stress management and stronger mentoring connections.
