THE PINEAPPLE GROWERS ASSOCIATION OF HAWAII ("PGAH") WAS ORGANIZED IN 1943. IN 2023, MINIMAL ACTIVITIES WERE CONDUCTED BY THE PGAH. DEL MONTE CORPORATION REQUESTED WITHDRAWAL FROM PGAH EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 14, 2006. ADDITIONALLY MAUI PINEAPPLE COMPANY, LTD. REQUESTED WITHDRAWAL FROM PGAH EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 20, 2009. THESE WITHDRAWALS ARE NOT FINALIZED AND CONTRACTUAL AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS FOR PGAH STILL EXISTS FOR BOTH COMPANIES.
