THIS GROWTH RESULTED FROM OUR EXPANSION INTO OAKLAND AND HALF MOON BAY, IMPROVED STAFF RETENTION, AND EFFECTIVE HIRING PRACTICES LEAVING POSITIOZNS UNFILLED FOR EVEN SHORTER PERIODS OF TIME.PROGRAM OUTCOMES ARE STRONGER THAN EVER. CAREER TRAINING JOB PLACEMENTS INCREASED BY 26%, CAREER CENTER PLACEMENTS INCREASED BY 48%, WHILE AVERAGE WAGES REMAIN FAIRLY CONSTANT YEAR OVER YEAR.
