On July 23, 2015, all Cabrini assets that were held for sale at June 30, 2015 were sold for $260,000. The mortgage payable relating to the assets held for sale was subsequently paid-off with the proceeds from the sale. As a result of selling operating assets, Cabrini is in the process of formal dissolution and disposition of remaining assets to Kings View Corporation in the near future.
