The objective of Member Services is to outreach with newly hired state employees and current members to enhance a positive relationship by educational seminars focused on CSLEAs infrastructure and services and to develop a multi-level communications system to respond to members concerns, violations of contract, and collective bargaining suggestions. From its inception, Member Services began educating members about CSLEAs mission and benefits by workplace site visits; by attendance at new employee orientations, in-service trainings, and at police academies; and by formal membership meetings held throughout the State.
