IHDC PROVIDES HOUSING FOR RESIDENTS OF THE TENDERLOIN NEIGHBORHOOD OFSAN FRANCISCO WHOSE INCOMES ARE BELOW THE MEDIAN INCOME FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA.IHDC SERVES PRIMARILY THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY.
