SPECIFIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO CLIENTS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, DEPT SERVICES FOR FOOD, HOUSING, FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, UTILITIES, CLOTHING, MEDICAL AND DENTAL NEEDS.
