Semen Sales: In 2023 we sold 993 vials from donors in our Identity-Release Program and 1036 vials were distributed to intended parents. 206 conceptions were reported and there were 158 live births.

Health Education and Research: In 2023, 469 recipients (intended parents) registered with us and were provided with health education related to fertility and achieving pregnancy through donor insemination. Outreach: Research on psycho-social outcomes in donor-conception resulted in one published peer-reviewed journal article (in Fertility and Sterility) in 2023. Our research presentation at the 2023 American Association of Reproductive Medicine conference was awarded best paper.
Cryo Program: In 2023, we provided sperm processing and storage services to 73 Directed/Known Donors and 84 Client Depositors who stored 374 and 510 vials respectively.
