SIGNATURE PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS SEVERAL MUSICAL AND OTHER THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS EACH YEAR. WE PRODUCED OUR FIRST SHOW OF THE NEW SEASON, "THE DROWSY CHAPERONE", IN THE FALL OF 2023. THIS PRODUCTION INVOLVED 40 VOLUNTEERS, WHICH INCLUDED OFF STAGE AND ON-STAGE CREW. THIS SHOW ALSO INCLUDED 20 NON-PROFESSIONAL PERFORMERS WHO WERE ALLOWED TO IMPROVE THEIR ABILITIES AS ACTORS, DANCERS, AND SINGERS. WE FINISHED OUR SEASON IN APRIL 2024 WITH AGATHA CHRISTIE'S MYSTERY "THE MOUSETRAP". THIS PRODUCTION WAS NON-MUSICAL. EVERY 5 YEARS WE PRESENT A NON-MUSICAL, IN OUR SEASON.WE REDUCED THE PRICE FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND "FOOTLOOSE" IN THE SPRING OF 2022 AND WE KEPT THIS YOUTH PRICING FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING SHOWS. WE INVITED SOME YOUTH AND SEVERAL OTHERS, WHO COULD NOT AFFORD THE TICKET PRICE TO ATTEND. EVERY OTHER YEAR THE CLASS AT THE LOCAL COLLEGE HAS A SIGNING CLASS. THESE STUDENTS COME AND "SIGN" THE SPRING SHOW, FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED. ADDITIONALLY, LOCAL SCHOOLS WERE ASSISTED WITH THE USE OF PROPS AND SET PIECES FROM OUR INVENTORY. ALSO, SOUND EQUIPMENT, PROPS, AND COSTUMES WERE LOANED TO LOCAL THEATRE COMPANIES AND SCHOOL PROGRAMS.OUR NEW SEASON IN THE FALL OF 2024 STARTED OUT WITH "THE LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS".
