NWCH PROVIDES SERVICES THAT REDUCE BARRIERS TO ENHANCED LIVING AND HELP RESIDENTS MAINTAIN LONG-TERM HOUSING STABILITY. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE RESOURCE NAVIGATION, CONFLICT-RESOLUTION SUPPORT, REFERRALS, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES. PROPERTIES INCLUDE YAQUINA BREEZE APARTMENTS, SERVING INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS, AND BLACKBERRY HILL APARTMENTS, PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR MILITARY VETERANS.COASTAL PHOENIX RISING (CPR):COASTAL PHOENIX RISING, ACQUIRED IN 2021, IS A LOW-BARRIER EMERGENCY TRANSITIONAL SHELTER OFFERING 35 NON-CONGREGATE ROOMS WITH 24/7 ONSITE OVERSIGHT. CPR PROVIDES PEER SUPPORT, HOUSING NAVIGATION, AND ACCESS TO ESSENTIAL RESOURCES TO REDUCE BARRIERS AND SUPPORT TRANSITIONS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING. THE PROGRAM SERVED 178 INDIVIDUALS IN 2024.
