Youth gain skills through staff positions Fellowships and other opportunities. They participate in leadership trainings. They develop and implement programs trainings workshops and other events at Stonewall youth schools and other community venues. They are active in and have decision-making power in all areas of work in the organization including program development and implementation facility operations and management and organizational development. They do outreach and education at community events. About 20 youth were in leadership positions and their work benefitted at least 300 youth and other community members.
We host sober social and community-building events for youth such as dances movie nights and workshops. We host events such as potlucks and workshops for all ages.
