To bring the practice of emotional intelligence to everyone, we trained and supported professionals in validated EQ tools and methods. This included over 737 certification participants from over 25 countries. In turn, our 2,724 active certified professionals supported approximately 501,018 people to be more aware and more effective in work, school, and life. We leveraged robust, scientifically validated assessment tools to make our work measurable; these tools are used in cases, validation studies, and in personal development. The assessments are supported by books and hands-on learning materials to make the concepts practical and actionable. Objective: Grow a thriving community of thousands of professionals deeply engaged in sharing the practice of EQ.

Improved the health and vitality of more than 100 organizations (schools, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies) by adding Emotional Intelligence to their programs. Delivered organizational change consulting, professional development training, coaching and mentoring--teaching people to be better with people. Blending assessments and powerful development tools, these processes provided measurable, tangible benefit to individuals, teams and organizations. For schools, the impact on students and families was also measured, and educators were taught how to teach EQ skills in the classroom and the community. Objective: To create safer and more positive organizations where people can be and do their best.

To build capacity for youth wellbeing, we partnered with nonprofits and NGOs to integrate emotional intelligence skills in their programs, and directly deliver programs for youth and adults. These included the POP-UP Festival in partnership with UNICEF World Childrens Day, the Climate of Emotions program for youth activists, and EQ Cafes held in over 200 cities. We held weekly online and in-person events reaching over 32,409 participants. Objective: To grow capacity for youth wellbeing by increasing emotional intelligence.
