Remembrance Celebration of Life & Memory of African Americans men from the 29th Decontamination Unit who lost their lives in the West Loch Disaster at Pearl Harbor on May 21, 1944. 4. On June 15, The Board of Directors toured the Defense POW/MIA Acounting Agency to learned about the identification process of the fallen West Loch Disintern remains recovered from Unknown Mark gravesites in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl in Honolulu.
