Our mission is to be a feeder program to the Ponderosa High School Football and Cheer programs by developing and preparing youth participants in accordance with the Ponderosa High School Football and Cheer philosophies and in partnership with Ponderosa High School; to teach youth participants football and cheerleading skills while instilling the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, courage, loyalty, and respect for one's self and others; and to provide youth participants in our community the opportunity to participate in a competitive football and cheerleading league.

Ponderosa Jr. Bruin Youth Football and Cheer is committed to excellence through academic and athletic success. We will create an atmosphere that will allow participants to challenge themselves, become self-motivated, and enjoy their successes. The Jr. Bruins program will nurture an atmosphere that encourages a positive attitude and high standard through example. By striving for excellence each participant will be able to utilize skills and attitudes that will assist in a successful future.
