WE EARN MOST OF THESE FUNDS THROUGH THE SALE OF DONATED BOOKS AND MAGAZINES. THE FRIENDS HELD WEEKLY BOOK SALES IN THE LIBRARY PARKING LOT (DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS).IN ADDITION TO THE WEEKLY SALES, WE ALSO OPERATE A USED BOOK STORE IN DOWNTOWN DAVIS - LOGOS BOOKS. AGAIN, IT IS RUN 100% BY VOLUNTEERS, 6 DAYS A WEEK. ITS SHELVES ARE FILLED WITH DONATED BOOKS, ALL SORTED, ARRANGED AND SOLD BY VOLUNTEERS. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE LOGOS BOOK STORE SALES HELP US TO FURTHER SUPPORT THE LIBRARY.FOR OUR 2024-2025 FISCAL YEAR, THE FRIENDS DONATED $155,187 TO FUND LIBRARY PROGRAMS.
