THIS PROJECT INCLUDED WORKING ALONGSIDE STUDENTS FROM THE LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL TO ASSEMBLE THE BICYCLES. ON SITE SAFETY TIPS PROVIDED BY ONE OF THE LOCAL CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICERS. DONATED A SHELTER BOX THAT INCLUDED A TENT TO PROVIDE SHELTER TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST HOMES OR IN UNDERSERVED AREAS AND SHELTER KITS CONTAIN TARPAULINS, ROPE, AND ESSENTIAL TOOLS FOR BUILDING OR CLEARING RUBBLE. SHELTER BOXES PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH MORE THAN JUST SHELTER. TENTS ALSO CONTAIN ITEMS LIKE COOKING SETS, SOLAR LIGHTS, BLANKETS, AND ACTIVITY SETS FOR CHILDREN.
