THE CHAMBER, FORMED IN 1921, CONTINUES TO BE THE AUTHORITATIVE VOICE THAT ADVOCATES AND REPRESENTS CULVER CITY BUSINESS INTERESTS AND THEIR VIEWPOINTS ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE ENTIRE CULVER CITY COMMUNITY. THE CHAMBER PROVIDES SERVICES, EXPERTISE AND RESOURCES IN AN OPEN, MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL WAY TO HELP THE 500 (APPROXIMATE) CHAMBER MEMBERS TO SUCCEED AND PROSPER AS A VITAL PART OF THE CULVER CITY COMMUNITY. THE CHAMBER SPONSORS AND PROMOTES BUSINESS COMMUNITY EVENTS AND MEETINGS ON A MONTHLY OR OTHER PERIODIC BASIS AS FOLLOWS: MONTHLY BREAKFAST MEETINGS; OTHER BREAKFAST & LUNCHEON MEETINGS PERTAINING TO SPECIFIC ISSUES; MEMBER HOSTED MIXERS; GRAND OPENINGS AND MILESTONE CELEBRATION FOR BUSINESSES; AND, COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDER EVENTS. APPROXIMATELY 1,600 PEOPLE ATTENDED THESE EVENTS IN TOTAL.
