Valley Water Management Company continued to manage oilfield-produced water in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Operators of properties within the Companys service area were permitted to use its facilities, provided that the produced water was of a quality that could be processed by those facilities and that each producer agreed to pay its proportionate share of costs through assessments. During the year, the Company processed more than 44,000,000 barrels of produced water in an environmentally responsible and economically feasible manner.
