THIS TRAVEL IS PREAPPROVED BY THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. AN AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE IS PROVIDED TO THE PRESIDENT AND REPORTED AS TAXABLE INCOME AS PER THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.
