Operation School Bell (OSB) provides economically disadvantaged students at thirty-four (34) elementary schools and 10 intermediate schools of the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) with two complete school uniforms sets (white polo shirt and bottoms: shorts, skorts or pants), a jacket, underwear/boxers, toiletry kit, shoes and socks. The students also receive a new backpack filled with school supplies and a new book. OSB is located on the campus of Assistance League of Santa Ana and is the only organization providing free uniforms to children in SAUSD.

Community Assistance Outreach Program provides targeted short-term philanthropic services to residents of Santa Ana including holiday gifts to seniors, Holiday Gift of Giving to migrant worker families, and literacy programs for young readers. Community Assistance also includes the Emergency Food Pantry program that provides a selection of staples and fresh produce, ensuring that the most vulnerable among us have reliable access to nutritious food. It also includes open air Food Distribution events that take place during SAUSD school breaks, winter, spring, and summer and provides dry foods, cooking oil as well as fresh food such as garlic, onions, tomatoes, and fruits such as apples, oranges, strawberries, and bananas.

The Dental Center, located on the campus of Assistance League of Santa Ana, provides low-cost dental care for low-income residents of Santa Ana and surrounding communities. Treatment is available for children and adults without dental insurance. Assistance League of Santa Ana is a provider for CalOptima/Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal. Licensed dentists and hygienists work with Assistance League volunteers to provide friendly, excellent and affordable dental care. The staff is bilingual. Patients receive individual instruction on proper oral care and nutrition and are given a dental hygiene kit by the volunteers.
