SANTA MONICA CHRISTIAN TOWERS, INC., HUD PROJECT NO. 122SH088 (PROJECT), IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX OF 163 UNITS, ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED AS A RETIREMENT HOME LOCATED IN SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, AND OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROJECT IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
